Here comes “Judgment”! This ax is a final heartstopper...
The archaic tools of a death dealer... (Not Frank Frazetta's well-known Death Dealer!)
It was forged entirely in one piece using hand hammers. The skull is also shaped and forged by hand with punches at the end. It is also hardened and can therefore also be used as a blunt weapon. The body is made of C45, the cutting edge is steel with 1.2842.
The ax - and its story, are pure fantasy. The shape of the blade is based on a fictional axe. The skull further underlines their dark purpose.
The dark stained and oiled hickory handle is kept quite simple except for the leather. With a small additional wedge made of wrought bronze on the ax eye and the pommel, which I forged from steel and wrought bronze, only two small accents were added. The pommel also serves as a counterweight to the solid blade and balances the ax better. No further decoration was necessary... The stem will receive notches on its own and tell its story. The “Judgment” takes one notch per head...
This ax pays bills; She comes from a dark and grim world, but whoever does no evil has nothing to fear from her and her master.
All in all, the whole ax says: "Don't deal that shit with me!".
